We will contact your guests using their contact details provided you during your reservation process. This contact will be used to confirm with them the time of the appointment with the Sitter at your home.
The email address of your guests is very important! We contact them first by email and provide them the Sitters' contact details who will be waiting at the apartment. This will reduce the risk of delays and facilitate the arrival of your guests.
We count about 1 hour between the train station and your apartment and between 2 hours and 2.5 hours from the airport to your apartment (Except from Beauvais airport we count 3 hours).
If your guests do not fill the information sheet, we will contact the by phone 3 days in advance from their check in or check out.
You will be posted with every modification we made on the reservation.
If we did not get a answer from your guests we maintain the hour of service that you scheduled.
You can of course refuse to change the modifications on the reservations.
Moreover, your guests will receive by mail the sitter contact information 48 hours prior to the service. Your guests can contact their sitter at any moment for further information.
